If you know Steve Pymm, you’ll know that anything less than the best is not good enough which especially rings true with the level of service we aim to provide. We are proud to announce that this has been recognised through Pymm & Co winning Gold at the The British Property Awards 2018, which the team worked hard to achieve and are all immensely proud of. The awards are all about customer service, something Steve continuously and tirelessly works towards providing the best of, to our customers. To win gold is certainly another triumph to the incredible year Pymm and Co have already had.
The British Property Awards
Created by a dedicated team of previous Estate Agency owners, the awards are striving towards highlighting agents for their fantastic service and going the extra mile for their clients. In a recent poll, only 25% of consumers trust Estate Agents, making it one of the least trusted professions (just above the government, we’ll take that as a compliment…). They independently assess agents against a set of 25 criteria and on a town by town basis ensuring that only those who meet a certain standard are awarded. The British Property Awards state: “Once we began researching for our awards, we were simply shocked by the polarity of the service provided by different agents, service levels also varied wildly dependent on the time of day and the time of the week. We take our jobs very seriously at The British Property Awards, our mission is to provide a useful award for the consumer on a local level, highlighting excellence within their town, an award that can be trusted and used as part of their decision-making process.”
We do things differently
With the addition of MPJ merging with Pymm & Co and now winning gold, 2018 has certainly been a year for improvement and recognition for our customer service. Our motto at Pymm & Co is simple, “We do things differently”. Many of us who now work for Pymm & Co have previously worked for large corporate estate agents, myself being one of them, and it’s clear from the outset that working for Pymm & Co means you get more time to focus on what’s important, the customer. Each and every one of you is important to us and we know that buying and selling properties are some of the biggest events you go through in life, they are not just bricks, windows and doors but homes full of memories had or memories to be made. We pride ourselves on being there to hold your hand throughout the process and this award is a pat on the back for us, reinforcing the effort the team is putting in to bring you the service you deserve. We will never stop in the plight to achieve the best customer service but bringing home gold means we’re moving in the right direction.
