We can offer you guidance, as well as the expertise of our contacts, to ensure that you have your Energy Performance Certificate and Landlord’s Insurance.

In April 2007, it be became a legal requirement for all new tenancy deposits to be held in a government authorised scheme. Failure to do so could result in penalties for a landlord, or loss of right to regain possession at the end of a tenancy. Therefore, Pymm & Co are members of a Deposit Protection Service (DPS) to ensure you remain covered.
