In the event of any other emergency i.e. escape of water or complete power outage of ONLY your property, which occurs outside of the above opening hours, and if your residential property is managed by Pymm & Co you can use our out of office hours property maintenance service by calling the number below. But please note – ONLY in the event of an emergency. You will be liable for all contractor charges if its not deemed an emergency. By calling the numbers below you are agreeing to this.
Any non-emergency out-of-hours callouts will be charged back to the tenant. Emergencies are deemed as danger to your health or if damages to the property would occur from the fault. No heating or hot water is not deemed as an emergency.
