When we receive any offer on a property we compile all the prospective purchaser’s details, including information on any other sale or purchase in which they are involved. This is called a chain check and provides a realistic picture of the likelihood and timescale for any sale. Our own in-house Independent Adviser will be able to confirm the offer is genuine and the buyers are in the best possible position to proceed. This is called a substantiation.
After a satisfactory offer has been agreed, all correspondence is forwarded to you, and any legal representative instructed by you, in writing within 24 hours. Should you require it, Pymm & Co is able to offer expert in-house legal and financial advice at any point during your sale.
Crucially, we will continue to liaise between all parties involved in any sale, giving constant feedback and updates until completion of contracts is achieved. An estate agent’s job is not just to find you a buyer, it is also to push your sale through to completion. |
