Pymm and Co opened its fourth local office at Number 68, Longwater Lane, Costessey, in August 2014. The office serves the NR5 and NR8 postcodes to the west of Norwich. As there was no other existing estate or letting agent, we knew that our team could provide a fantastic local service in this area. Together with ample parking and our local, friendly and trusted name, the new Pymm and Co Costessey office was a ‘must have’.
Costessey itself is steeped in history with its beautiful older style properties in Old Costessey, but also around New Costessey, which boasts a wealth of amenities and facilities.
It is a rapidly expanding suburb with great access to the A47 southern bypass. There is continued building and expansion in the areas of both Queen Hills and Hampdens.
